Using the letter L at the end = 0 players
Using the letter i at the end = Account not found

Thanks @CynderzLite , I am on NA ESO server but not NA for PSN, from AU I think we are tied to EU PSN but i log into NA for ESO as the ping is better. I will see if I can figure it out tonight.
