Self buff and weapon enchant procs

I have a question about weapon enchant procs. I know they proc from weapon skills and light / heavy attacks but does a self buff count.

I have a 2 handed weapon on the back bar with glyph of weapon damage. Will me using the skill momentum activate the enchant?

It has to hit something. So a buff only skill won't work.
