Question about Canceling Subscription and Existing DLC

Hello, I have been a subscriber since the beginning after participating in the original Betas. My question is. If I cancel my subscription, do I loose access to my existing DLC's and what exactly will happen if and when I do cancel?

If you only had access with ESO+ and did not purchase them, you will only loose access to the DLC's. All progression, items earned, quests completed will remain .....
