Update 15 and Morrowind

I'm aware that feedback on the changes to Morrowind aren't wanted (no thread) but as this expansion is still my primary focus:
1. Nobles aren't any harder to pickpocket, most still have a max % of 100.
2. New motifs from pickpocketing... well didn't find any tonight, will keep trying. Found tons of style materials tho, almost every NPC gives 1 in 3 tries, some 2 out of 3 tries.
3. By Vivec's shiny loincloth! Please let Redoran, Hlaalu, Telvanni, and Dres furnishing recipes drop more frequently! There are 20 other zones to collect the 9 races plans, why am I getting so many more of those in the ONE (1) zone where the other 4 will drop? Got 4 plans and 2 recipes in 20 mins of farming urns. 2 Dark Elf, 1 High Elf, 1 Redguard. I've yet to find a purple plan for anything in Morrowind. Really feels like crafters got shafted... again.
P.S. If you're hoping limiting rate drop on furniture recipes will drive revenue to the Crown Store in the form of purchasing furniture... I have a great business idea, no charge. Sell furniture recipe packs in the crown store. I'd pay crowns to buy the plans I want to craft for my home(s).
