Pact/Dominion/Covenant bow (old eagle eye set) with Torugs / infused.

I think you guys might need to take a look at the old versions of eagles eye set bows (pacts bow, dominion bow and covenant bow)
They have an oblivion enchant of abit over 4100 value.
I know the bow is not obtainable anymore, but some people still have it.
If combined with torugs pact, it will do around 5300 damage every 2 seconds that ignores battlespirit. And if someone is lucky enough to have an infused bow, it will do around 6100 damage every 1 second that ignores battlespirit. (Basically viper set before change, but with 1 second cooldown and double damage, from range)

The enchantment on those bows was made the same as a regular oblivion enchantment several patches ago.

I was hit in homestead patch by it for 4xxx. People that have the old version have a higher enchant value. If you go and get the bow now from vendor it has a regular enchant (not even oblivion damage)

No, I had the bow with the unique enchantment, and it was changed retroactively. It's still in my bank. I stopped using it on my archer when they made the change.

What's the name of your bow?

I know people were hitting for 4k+ oblivion damage last patch, and I even had a guy link it to me showing a 4k enchant value. Sadly I don't think I screenshotted it.

Yep, it's the Dominion Bow. Decrease health enchantment deals 1900 Oblivion damage. And I'm sure I had it when it was around 4000.
