Dual-Wield Heavy Attacks not activating weapon enchantments

Taken from the PTS. It seems that Heavy & Medium attacks DO NOT proc enchantments.

On PS4 as of July 12 2017, Dual-Wield Light/Medium/Heavy Attacks DO proc enchantments.

I'm not sure if this is either a fix or a bug.

I've noticed this as well. My berserker and poisoned weapon procs are really really low now.

yeah i noticed the same. heavy attacks dont proc enchants. tried with dual wield and one hand shield.

What if this is their attempt to further reinforce their vision of a glorious 'light attack meta'?
