Can't submit a ticket

I am trying to submit a ticket about a crown store purchase problem but there is no option to open a ticket in the sub-category for Crown Store purchase. Is there any way that I can report my problem to ZoS?

    the web page must be bugged, I know that it was working some months ago, but now there is no button to submit the ticket there

    Can we please at least have a conformation that this is indeed a bug and the button wasn't removed on purpose, because if it was removed on purpose I will completely quit this game, it already has more that enough major problems

    If you are not seeing an option to submit a ticket please make sure you are logged in. If you have been logged out during your session you will be unable to submit a ticket. Also keep in mind that you need to select the proper relevant drop-down to your issue. In the case of a error like it seems you are suggesting, be sure you are select "Purchase Error".

    I also tried submitting a ticket from "Purchase Error" tab and after filling out all that details and clicking on the E-mail support the grey-blue wheel just starts to spin and nothing happens. It has been spinning for 15 min now.

    Had to fill out the ticket again, the page bugged

    I am logged in, and there is no way to submit a ticket...I keep getting thrown to the "Find Assistance" page.
