I am trying to submit a ticket about a crown store purchase problem but there is no option to open a ticket in the sub-category for Crown Store purchase. Is there any way that I can report my problem to ZoS?

It seems to me that they are unwilling to solve any crown store related problem, so they removed the option to submit a ticket, no ticket = no problem
If you are not seeing an option to submit a ticket please make sure you are logged in. If you have been logged out during your session you will be unable to submit a ticket. Also keep in mind that you need to select the proper relevant drop-down to your issue. In the case of a error like it seems you are suggesting, be sure you are select "Purchase Error".

I am logged in, in the "billing" category, sub-category "I have a Crown Store issue" under "Crown Store purchase" there is no "Next: Add issue details" button like in other tabs.
I also tried submitting a ticket from "Purchase Error" tab and after filling out all that details and clicking on the E-mail support the grey-blue wheel just starts to spin and nothing happens. It has been spinning for 15 min now.
Had to fill out the ticket again, the page bugged
