Template Characters - Gear Still Sucks

Hi, it's me again. Asking for the same thing. Again. 
Can we please get a better selection of sets on the PTS Template characters?
Those of us who play on console, but take the time to test on PTS, would really like to ... you know, actually test stuff.
Vicious Ophidian, Alkosh, Infallible Aether, Agility, Willpower, Scathing Mage, Burning Spellweave, etc. All still missing from the template gear.
Why is the set selection so limited? I've been asking for more sets since the beginning of 2017 (and others for far longer). It doesn't seem like a big ask, honestly.

Ok, so ... can you actually give us all of the existing item sets to test, then?

✭And necro... I literally spent over 2 hours yesterday opening ducking cyro boxes trying to get god damn divines pieces... not to mention that the drop rate on those is abysmal, 3m ap and not a single sharp sword or fire destro. I couldn't even imagine people trying it on live.0
