Lowered Tooltips on pts

After opening the pts and live server. I was comparing tooltips from live to pts on my mag dk. I spent the additional CP given on pts and all of my tooltips are lower on the pts opposed to live. I have the thief mundus still so only crit chance should have changed and my weapons are sharpened. I am really confused as to how more max magick buffs from sets and additional cp still resulted in lowered tooltips. Is there a secret nerf here or what? Please anyone reading this take the time to check this as well and make sure that your cp is actually the same ofcourse, with the exception of the 30 addition. Would like to know im not the only seeing this. or if its class based or what? Please comment input or ideas behind this. thx

Forgot to mention my mag dk is a dunmer. Unless i missed a nerf to the racail passive. the skils i use and fire blockade, breath, and burning embers and flame lash. backbar is eruption and flames of oblivion. others skills are trap and magelight. Even my metoer has a lowered tooltip

my guess is your missing the 3rd destructive ancestory passive point cause your racial skilline isnt 50

Thank you Jonno. I thought that was for just templates. didnt realize it was for previously made toons as well. My racial is lvl 47...can breath a little easier now lol
