would love to play on a 100 ping just to know what it s like.

Don't try it. You will get depression.
My ping is 280, and tried eso on my notebook last year in a trip to NA, where the ping was 110.
I gave up PvP after that, when I realized the enemy players can cast abilities, swap weapons 2 to 3 times faster and a lot more responsive on everything. There is no way to be competitive, especially I am playing a melee build.
Now, I go back to PVE and do some writs everyday.

Bought a laptop last summer and picked up another copy of the game since it was on sale.
I use the account to share undaunted daily missions when leveling new characters on main account. Recently started to turn all the characters into WW and vamps so I can spread my disease as I please.
Might play more actively on the account if I ever get bored of my main account.
Just the one, I have a spare gold code laying around but never bothered using it.
I am mostly a one character person so I haven't filled my account to warrant more accounts and there isn't much benefit in dual boxing ESO like some other games.
I have four copies of ESO. One for PC, two from the character copy offer on PS4 and Xbox One and another Xbox One account I created using the physical collectors edition I bought.
With regards to the latter of those I didn't want to miss out on my early access via my PC digital edition.
I play on that Xbox account semi-regularly and currently have a 110 CP character over there that I do casual stuff on.

What are "red shirts"?
I tried role-playing back when my friends use to play and it was fun but I never got too serious about it.
