Ive bought the ESO Plus for my account via steam:-

Payment Method: PayPal
Purchased: Jul 4, 2017
24 hours later, I have yet to received my crowns but the ESO Plus benefits are already active almost immediately yesterday. I went to your customer support page, select from the relevant drop down menus for help, and was directed to Steam support.
At Steam support, I was then directed back to you. See below message from Steam:
"For help with redeeming in-game content or accessing other DLC features in-game, please contact the support team for this product. You find contact information for this product's support and community discussions for this title by clicking the button below."
I am going around in circles, can you help me? I do not know what to do at this time.
