Major protection ult is 200+ ult cost. Thats fair.
And bear only lands about 1 in every 7 swipes which he does really slow so i wouldnt request a nerf on something not OP at all.

Don't worry I put on shalk and beckoning Steel to make sure I have almost 100% uptime on minor and major heroism. So an ult every 7secs depending on the fights. Imho it not nearly as strong as resto ult on a Sorc with eyes of Mara.

I dont believe eyes of mara effects resto ults.
