ESO Plus Issues - Double billed

So I went back and checked my Microsoft account and it appears I was billed for my ESO Plus subscription on 06/21/2017 and then again on 07/02/2017. Is there anyone that I can be in contact with to determine why this is and how I can get this corrected?
