How come Warden Bear passed Morrowind beta ?

Have the Morrowind public testers raised the warden bear issues (slow, buggy, useless, consuming both the slots etc) during their testing ?

It is really hard for me to believe such a pathetic implementation of a class defining ability gone live.

Warden bear ,as of now, does not even look like a finished product ready for public consumption.

How come this Warden bear passed testing is what I ask ???

Its not meant to be sorc pet agro like what sorcs have.

Its meant for pvp and specifically in duels. Its amazing in duels thats about it though.

What are you doing with the pet? ( content )

If you are doing pve with it not smart
Taking it to cyrodil not smart.

Kiting around your bear heavy attacking to get back lost resources is smart

What are the bugs? Its a pet, so falls inline with other pets double slotting. The netch is more of the outlier. It does need a way to break free... Petrify is honest comical against the bear.

Yeah I really hate how it disapears and reappears, I mean its supposed to be a summon but come on the clanfear and twilight don't teleport and bug out
