Should I put in tickets individually to get refunded, or will I get 60 days game time plus my missing 1500 crowns for being charged twice for july subscription. I had to manually subscribe ingame to get my account to go active, even though they pulled my sub two days prior of my renewal. My account was flipping from inactive to active back to inactive over 4th of july weekend. I got nowhere with microsoft when I called them about getting my money back. Also, what happens to getting the five free crown crates during the event when those accounts were not showing active even though their subs were paid?
