Dear Zos...no eso plus enabled over this weekend

A lot of people are having this issue and many are complaing in zone chat now. Subs are paid, even twice in one month, and eso plus will not enable. Support centers are closed because of holiday. Get on it please.....

    I'm experiencing the exact same thing. I did receive my 1500 Crowns, however my ESO+ is apparently not active on my account. At this point, my bank and crafting bag are completely useless, as I can only remove items.
    I verified that my subscription was up to-date. (Received an e-mail 13 hours ago letting me know that the payment was processed.)
    • Checked my Xbox Live Subscriptions.
    • I quit and restarted the game.
    • I quit the game, and restarted the console.
    • I've contacted "Customer Support" and received the usual canned response.
    • Per the canned response, I quit and restarted, and then quit and restarted the console, again.
    • I cancelled my subscription, and the renewed the subscription.
    Nil. Nix. Nada. Nothing. Bupkis. Zip. Zilch. Diddly. Zippo.

    This is completely unacceptable. The game is not worth playing without the crafting bag, as I don't really feel like spending the majority of my time playing an inventory management simulator.

    I got mine to work by changing my language in the settings and restarting. Weird...don't know how long it will last or if it will disable when I log in again tomorrow. I don't undetstand why there has not at least been a response fron Zos about this.

    Did you change the language in-game, or on the console? And did you restart after changing the language?

    It was in console settings and yes restarted. Had to do.it every time it kept disabling on me.

    I've had this problem in the past. It has been contacting Microsoft to remove ESO plus from my account completely.
    THIS TIME, clearing game saved data actually worked.

    Manage game, saved data, select delete all. Doesn't uninstall anything, just clears some game cache or something.
    Restarted game, and surprisingly ESO plus showed up as active again.

    Same issue here this morning. Will try clearing game data.

    Update: Did not work. :( Tried a few complete power down resets. Still busted.

    Update 2: Turned ESO+ off and then on again. Relogged. PROBLEM FIXED. :)

    I receive my email this morning about renewal. Got my crowns and no my eso+ is inactive. Ticket no. Is 170708-000923

    My partner is having the same issue yet he can't get onto the forums to put his ticket number here. As he needed to activate the email from back in Feb when he started but the email never arrived so now he can't resign up to the forums or anything.
    His ticket number is 170708-000630.

    Aaaaaand now I have billing problems, great. Tried reset etc. and finally called Microsoft to refund and cancel so I can resubscribe. A few minutes later I get a bill showing 1 refund and 2 more charges !
    So now I call Microsoft, explain a few times and am reassured that I will receive another refund for the 2 extra billings, which just showed up on my accounts page, both for $0.00.........

    Ahem, in the time it took to type that they corrected the refund. I can't fault a human for making a mistake if they keep trying until they fix it.

    I'm also having this issue. Can anyone who has contacted ESO support share what issue they used to initiate the ticket? ESO plus issues tell me to 'Contact Microsoft' but I just spent a long time with them and they were unfortunately unable to assist with this problem. :( Thanks!

    I had this same issue today and was able to fix it in less than 5 mins.
    • Quit Game
    • Go to Manage game>Saved Data>Delete All and confirm Delete All
    • Hard Reset system
    • Restart Game
    • Enjoy ESO Plus

    Paid every month for 2 years and now eso plus is not active @ZOS_GinaBruno deleted saved data hard reset changed language and nothing. Shows active on my account here and in xbox subs just not in game

    So I contacted microsoft about this issue. The guy I spoke with was very rude and refused to acknowledge the fact there is somethig wrong with their system and I paid twice in two days apart for my sub. They first time charged the wrong card NOT listed as my payment on 6/29. This is the card I am trying to get reimbursed. Then I manually subbed from in game on 7/1 with the original card I have listed in my microsoft account and also showing in my console. The account went active for a short time and went inactive again. I also did not get the second set of 1500 crowns. So far I have paid 30 bucks in two days and only received 1500 crowns. Now to top it all off, my account shows to be renewed on 9/1 but another payment hits 7/28? This company is seriously messed up. I had a heated argument with the CS rep at microsoft, and he demanded my bank statements because they didn't trust what my billing history shows. Wtf? Really? I don't feel comfortable sending personal info and what is going on with microsoft? Zos you need to get with this cimpany and find out what is going on. I am cancelling and pulling my cc before it renews again. Never have I had this issue or been treated by a csr like this over their mistake. I mean MY $15.00 reimbursement won't break them. Fed up........

    If you remember this happened last year in June/July as well. A lot of people (including myself) had to call Microsoft, cancel and re-sub. I had wondered if we we're going to make it out of June/July without this issue.

    Resetting xbox worked for me for a while then that stopped working. Opened a ticket and was told to cancel and re-sub in July 2016.

    The worst part this time around is they are handing out free crates for days logged in and now we are having this issue again.

    Just happened to my son as well. He lives in the US and I live in europe. Different credits cards used for our subs and no link between us at banks. Sad thing is he will lose out on the special 5 crates he was suppose to get for logging in while subbed. Eso support told him to use the trial. Wth? They better get this straightened out because as of now, zos is taking our money and we are getting nothing in return for it. I think this is more important than what to put in crown store or what costume next. This is messing with peoples real life money. My problem has gone on since June 29th and others as well. No reason they don't have this fixed yet and microsoft is clueless about the situation. Zos I think your last update messed things up. Oh and tell me why does my renewal at microsoft say the 1st of the month, but I get billed halfway through the month? Shouldn't my eso plus start on the actual day that it is paid? Worst system ever between these two companies.
