How many years does it take to fix Healing Ward?

For over one year, maybe more, Healing Ward is randomly dysfunctional in PvP.
It has been reported numerous times now, ingame, on the forums, even with detailed Video evidence, but not a single word from ZoS about them investigating or even being aware of this issue at all.

How many years will it take them to fix this bug? Wouldn't it be better at this point to change the tooltip to
"When the shield expires, the target has a random chance to be healed for 123% of the ward's remaining strenght. The chance depends on general server performance."

Can hardly use my StamDK now, as I hate the extreme delay of skill animations being displayed and registered. "Oh look, I used Bloodthirst on this enemy NPC aaaaaaaaand nothing is registering. Oh wait a minute, all my skills just randomly decided to display and wow. I just was kicked for spamming. Great."3 -

✭It will never be fixed, don't even think they know it is broken. Also healing ward is not the only healing skill that is suffering under that bug (funnel, and i think even rapid reg).
But hey it is not a game breaking bug as so many forum warriors say, while trying to defend that collection of bugs this game has become.

✭✭If that reassures you, I litteraly spent 15 seconds being completely unable to heal, sitting at exactly 8% HP without any sort of healing debuff on me in battlegrounds.
And another time, Vigor seemingly stopped working as well, and after RIP'ing 'cause not a single heal went thru, I checked the combat logs and no Vigor appeared for the last 20 seconds of the fight.
Something is definitely broken and goes for all healing sources, not just Healing ward.

✭✭✭✭✭On a serious note, I did notice that my vigor wasn't healing for much. I figured they just nerfed it in battlespirit.
I literally stopped using it and went a with magicka based cc in its slot.

ZOS doesn't do "Fixes"
It is easier for them to just sell you on the concept of buying the next (broken) DLC or charge you for the next (broken) Chapter.
