So like I said when morrowind came out, I would wait tell it's cheaper. Well now on Xbox it's $30 instead of $40. That's not that big of a price drop imo. My question is, is morrownd really worth getting and is it really an essential to eso. To be honest, I could careless about morrowind and the quest. Prob won't even do the quest ( sorry my first TES was skyrim. Never really cared about TES that much except for eso, which is hardly Elder Scrolls). If i buy it, it would be just for battlegrounds, new pve content like the trial, and then then warden, but even the warden doesn't interest me that much. I might just wait tell morrowind is even cheaper.

Well if you've done all other PvE content then the new trial is very good.

Battlegrounds queue is messy but they still work as a fighting arena.

I can't answer if that's worth $30 for you, but it's a good update in my opinion.

Same here. It is a good update. I primarily do PVE leveling, questing, and exploration. I think that $30 should be standard upgrade price, though. Not $40.

Pre-ordered Morrowind upgrade for $40. Warden is my favorite class so I do like Morrowind, but I wish I had waited on the purchase since I have spent maybe total of 2 hours on Morrowind island to date.

Most people purchased Morrowind because it was the first substantial content in almost a year.

The best thing to do is save the chapters for a major content drought. Despite being called chapters, they're really short stories in that they're not sequential and have no larger narrative purpose for ESO.

Oddly enough, I spent a boatload of time on Vvardenfell with one of my mains, but my Warden that I am leveling has spent almost no time there. Just long enough to catch the next boat back to the mainland.

That main has not left Vvardenfell, either. Only to turn in crafting writs, then back. Right now, trying to prove that 6th House costume drops actually exist. Like Aetheral Dust, I think they are not really in the game.

It is hard to say how many hours I have on Vvardenfell. Quite a few.

IMHO, there are 18 skill points available in the update and that is worth it in and of itself. If you're a plus member, but not 100% always on membership, morrowind is a great update to have in your back pocket. Battlegrounds is exclusive to the update which I find is a great way of spicing up PvE grinds as you pick up and drop back in exactly in the same place vs you have to go to cyrodiil and unless you have a guild there may struggle to get in meaningful AP fights.

If you aren't interested in questing and you aren't interested in Warden I'd say there's no point in buying it. I'd advise against buying it for BGs in their current state. If you are a hardcore endgame PvE-er I suppose might be worth it for the new Trial though.

A new zone. Some new quests. That's about it.

I still bought it and had no regrets. At $30, you should absolutely buy it, IMO.

No DLC or Morrowind is essential. Well, unless there is something added with them you really really want. For raiders Morrowind is essential due to the new raid. If BGs is your thing for PvP then I guess the choice is yours to make.
