@Malic 10 million accounts. All people who played in beta, free weekends, alt accounts included. No guarantee that any 'formidable' percentage of that number is composed of active players, let alone active players who would visit the forums.

Are you trying to say the grouping in this game is not a broken mess? One would have to be highly disengenious to do so...

I totally feel OP. It sucks to really enjoy/love something when the owners of the game really don't care about the direction of the game or care about current content. Or keeping a healthy strong player base.

There is no minority... there is not one person that I know at all in guild I'm In and a few are near cap that have no experienced the bugs with the LFG system.. or the lock ups and lag with the pvp.. its so common its a running joke about the game..

If the 1000 plus players that 1 player know all have the same issue.. its not a minority. Then compound that with just 1000's of player complaining about in game as well as on the forums.

It's the blind fanboyism that's more detrimental then anything..

Well the issues are adressed, yet nothing hase changed or fixed, sorry if my thread bothers you, leav it empty if you cannot say anything then just criticize my grammar, i bet you are all linguist professors and speaking fluently 36 languages withouth anny failures right? those compliments form you, are just low. so im not going to pay any attention for those comments anymore.
I made this topic to adress a core in game issue wich must be fixed. if you cant say anything, then constantly bickering my failed language usage and still dont have the skill to understand the matter of facts about the game issues then your are at the wrong place. The game is lagging constantly the latency issues are dreadful even with 1gig download and 500 mega upload speed.
The frame drops are making me sick too. My pc is 6X beter then the asked system requriments.

I dont know what cosuing these problems, but it must be fixed. or remove the whole concept of the dungeon and batteground system including que's and lock dungeon requiered quests, till you find out what went wrong, take your time, dive in to the source codes, chek the scripts, look in to the engine too if you must, and please Fix it.

i dont know when did the dungeon system came out all i know is that when Morrowind arrived way toomany thing have been broked down. Core functions wich is a must have feature in mmorpg. You have very source to fix this issues, yet another came back, it is just like SWTOR they use Hero Engine and this is exactly what happen with them all the time, they patch something or update the game realiseing something and another thing goes to break down.

I know in fact that ESO is no longer using Hero Engine now, so i have no clue what couse these issues. All i want is fix these, and i want to enjoy the game with my friends becasue thats why i paying for you too as a customer.

Further issues, the ingame support is a disaster no real reactions from the support team at all in game. it is too imperson. It is like we are writing a ticket to a ghost. No real communications between players and employes. If you dont have the capacity to deal with everything faster, then invest in the support team, be more alive, like real persons. it is like talking to a robot, i wrote a ticket and i reciev an atuo generated e-mail, no in game communication with teh coustumers at all.

Maybe a few hiccups, but the dungeon finder has been working pretty good for me. But I'm going to have to agree with you about the lag. it's been "dreadful" alright. I just logged out of the game because of it in fact.

Maybe one day they'll fix it.

A soul can only relate their personal experience. I would not even know how to relate someone else's experience with a game. To say that that one soul's opinion is not important is a bit selfish in itself. It is also wrong. Whether it is 5 million or 20 million, we are all a collection of individuals with independent (hopefully) opinions of what makes this game great and what makes it frustrating.

dc:dr A person is entitled to share their opinion even if you don't agree.

I made a post like this yesterday. Seems theres always decent negative feedback whenever you criticize the game or devs. They seem to like getting walked on, or they just dont notice the problems for whatever reason. Have to say im surprised to hear this about PC though. Any playing 'Ive watched or done on PC has looked good, but my main platform (xbox) is out of control with stuff like this.

Oh and someone said devs dont comment on negative feedback, this is true, but as well as when they know they dont have answers to give and probably wont for a while ( like with lag and crashing ). They have no clue so they ignore it. And when a zos member does comment, like on this post, its usually just forum mods cleaning up a mess because someones gone off the rails again. That seems to be the usual when you criticize stuff.

You know... there's this saying that they put in multiplayer games... "multiplayer experiences may vary". I mean, I experience lags and broken stuffs. Just yesterday, I ended up getting booted from game every 30 minutes and my specs are just fine. Way over the top with similar internet speed and bandwidth with OP. And I hate not being able to play the game normally like I did pre-Morrowind. It doesn't matter if they sold 10 million copies (not active users. And if you factor out gold/account/bot sellers, actual players count would decrease even further). If you don't get problems, good for you. That might also mean you might not be as actively playing the other aspects of the game as some of us do. Because more contents in the game you play, more you experience probleme as the tendency and trends go. The game is definitely not without a flaw. No products are flawless. If you think that way... well... good on you.

Yes exactly. Silence from devs means 1 of 3 things:

1. They believe your claim/issue is unsubstantiated and not worth acknowledging. They think you're just openly venting or being a forum warrior rather than trying to help them improve the game.

2. They don't want to "waste their time" explaining it to you (e.g. the ambiguous developer comments on patch notes, etc.)

3. They don't have a current/good solution to the issue you've raised. Rather then opening a dialogue, they hide from it until they have a solution. (in other words, really bad Customer Service practice)

You don't think it could POSSIBLY mean that the Devs have better things to do than respond to every single crank and troll on the forums no matter silly their complaint? I reported a genuine problem a while back and never had any kind of response from the Devs... but a little while down the road, with the Morrowind update, that problem was fixed. Y'think maybe they've got enough on their hands fixing things instead of getting embroiled in forum arguments with people who won't be convinced no matter WHAT they say?

It through us complaining and pointing out things that gets their attention.. and yes there have been MANY issue that we have aggressively campaigned to get added or fixed.

Such as housing.. something that was complained about not being in game.. well those complaints were heard.. at a certain point the complaining will reach a point of them losing consumers. Oddly it's those of us putting pressure on them to fix fundamental issue with the game are the ones who truly seem to give a damn about making the game the best it can be for its player base..

People like you are just nats buzzing around the forums doing nothing constructive at all..

While I don't have a 6X better PC than what the system requirements ask, I do at least have double or even triple of what is recommended. And still I get huge game-breaking FPS issues, especially in Cyrodiil, It goes from 60 to like 20ish each time I come into a slightly larger battle.
Lowering the settings does literally NOTHING to help this problem, so I ask of you guys, is there any way to fix the major FPS drops? I know for a fact some people get even 100 fps in PvP Cyrodiil battles.
I don't want to spend another 1500$ on my PC just to play the game I already paid for, thinking I would be able to play it perfectly when I saw the requirements.

No they may have people working on problems. But a little acknowledgment would be nice. Most games have community managers or staff that handles the forums. We know they have them here but all they seem to do is move, close or edit threads. Hell even a simple stickied thread of complaints they are working on would be better than being silent. Imagine consumers being informed on possible fixes and issues in a game, what a world huh?

Whatever issues there are in the post writing, but that aside, OP has a point. Everyday performance of various systems in game i.e Cyrodill, PVP, BG, Dungeons Ques or group finder in general etc are INFACT BROKEN and so far the progress made towards them is negligible. The amount of time and efforts invested towards the Barby playing aspect of thsi game if were to be diverted into fixing the game....well it's jsut a wish and we all no it's not gonna happen..

Been a solid year since I quit this game. Good to see everything trucks right along same as ever. lol @ this game being close to four years old (inclusive of beta), and still things from beta and the first six months of release are still apparently in there...

They truly do cling quite hard to gamer addiction, it is their only saving grace I think.

Once you break it and realize how much you dont need this game, youll see how bad the game truly is.

It will never get better, only worse. The best year of this game was the beta year.
