A portion of zone chat - Can someone please tell me why most of zone chat is colored off white, but some of it is bright white? It's the only color I can't figure out!

The dull white is /zone - chat which is broadcast to the entire zone
Bright white is /say - which is only broadcast in a small area around the person who is talking

Tell that to the Bear farmers in Bangkorai. They're farming IN A QUEST AREA. The bears themselves are a part of the Quest. When I went through there last time I had to sit there much much longer than necessary to kill a bear near one of the stones cause that massive farm group kept taunting them away from me immediately when they spawned.
The annoying crap works both ways.
- Accidentally stealing items when trying to access a guild store.

Your list is awesome!
Mine:
1) Newbies who barely participated in a dolmen fight and rush to close the pinions. (Rude, rude, rude!) It bothers me so much that first I let them die on the hands of the main boss and then I rush into the fight.
2) When an NPC move me out of my way, I beg them to be killable. I don't care if I receive a bounty afterwards.
Still thinking of other pet peeves. Definitely these two are my biggest ones.

Not sure the first one is much of an issue really. There is no reward for closing a pinion and no reason to leave them until the end of the fight. With a large group they do not matter at all. With a smaller group the pinions can help with resource management so pulling two at almost the same time might not be good. Most the time though the pinions really do not matter. What does bother me though is when they somehow pull agro then run around making it tough to hit whats chasing them.

It doesn't solve it. "autoloot stolen items" works when the items are inside of crates, bags, and other containers. If the item is just standing, it is not autoloot.
The only way to solve is "don't attack innocents". But then, you cannot use your blade of woe, pickpocket, or defend from guard attacks.
