Trying to start a new guild with new characters

Hi guys! I am starting a new guild and would appreciate some support. I am looking for a few experienced players to help.
After we get 5-10 members, we will think of a guild name.
Anyone is allowed to recruit, you can tell your friend or whatever.
First I am looking for 3 people to start new characters with me. I would prefer if we had mics or Discord. We will all chose a different class and crafting skills(2 skills each). Those 3 people will become co-leaders of the guild.
No DLCs are required, but if you have a DLC feel free to play it. You may join and play on any character you wish, but if you are one of the 3 people making new characters with me, please try not to go ahead in leveling or the quests. You can level up your crafting skills if you wish though.
