How do i get the attention of someone who actually works for ZoS to try and fix the game???

There are multiple game breaking bugs and issues in general with both the game and the support and customer service, so when are you going to finally acknowledge these issues and fix them?

Honestly, its disgusting that you've gotten away with it for so long. The issues i (and others) have tried to raise to no avail have been present for far too long with no real acknowledgement and promise to fix.

When you take a step back and look at ESO its actually a pretty poor effort at trying to (and failing to) blend WoW and TES together.

The grind for gear is diabolical. I get that you need people to keep playing but the algorithms used to determine RNG are severely flawed. You either get a drop that has nothing to do with your build type or you dont get the drop at all.

Dungeon finder is still a broken mess. Even after Morrowind it is still plagued with issues.

The constant UI Errors encountered are beyond a joke and are sometimes so severe that it takes several game / console restarts to refresh the broken coding enough to be able to play again.

Your ticket support system (for the most part) is about as useful as me writing on a piece of paper and throwing it in the bin. They claim to have no real power and to log issues in the forum. You log issues in the forum and all you get is divided opinions from people who have opened their eyes and acknowledge how broken the game is or people who are in denial and trying to clasp on to the idea that ESO is actually a decent game.

There are just a few things that are wrong. You either need to pull the plug and refund everyone for everything they have invested or start and listen to people and fix this broken mess.

I hit breaking point last night. Having tried to use Activity Finder to get into a dungeon for over an hour i finally got into one. 2 bosses in i get a UI Error pop up for no reason and all my skills stopped working and enemy AI broke. This is not the first time either, this happens often.

Most of the replies in this thread are either baiting or generally not constructive. It's for this reason we are closing the discussion since it doesn't seem like this trend is going to stop.

1.Make a post about it in the bugs forum.

2.Make a video of the bug and explain exactly what is going wrong and put it in your post.

3. Tag Gina.

If you don't get a response then they probably know about the bug or have no idea how to fix it.

ESO is still broken and flawed in so many ways, and ZOS is adamant on not listening to the community. I'm not blaming him for being frustrated at ZOS for messing up repeatedly in a game that we all love.

The reason for re posting this is because my previous thread was closed.

I've spoken to the mod who closed it and they've explained why they have and I've explained why i feel they shouldn't have.

All i want is to find a way to get not just my voice but the voice of the many heard and to hopefully some kind of an answer / fix to all the issues with the game.

I know i'm not the only one cos I've seen the other threads and people have commented on mine and backed up what i'm saying. And it's not just limited to the ESO Forum, there are plenty other websites with constructive feedback / criticism.

Maybe if you didn't have a half a dozen or more threads whining about the same thing, the devs might take you seriously. But honestly, the way you word your "demands", no one is going to bother to answer you. They'll just close your thread and move on.

Internet reads every wrong again. Re read it again in a sympathetic way. It should be evident to most that I agree with OP above many many others on here. It doesn't matter how much you post on this topic zos will ALWAYS ignore it. See broken vmol thread. Its pointless to whine about it. All you'll get is a forum holiday. pretty much... I mean the OP is not wrong at all regarding the assessment of the problems, and I understand the frustration.

By way of addressing the RNG, I'd like to see some crafting ability to "REFORGE" pieces, changing trait, type, etc.

Had you bothered to stalk me correctly before goading you would have realised that one post was from a while back that didnt get anywhere (i only posted it because i was told to by the customer care team because "they couldnt help me"). The second was shut down by a mod (which i spoke to the mod about after) and this one was done right so it doesnt get shut down.

Well, wording the issues in any format gets no response sooo,.... I guess the frustrated have exhausted all avenues of contact due to concern. Interesting merry go-round we got here these days.

You don't. ZoS and the customer support are truly awful and after the absolute garbage I've encountered from their support team over the last few days, it is safe to say they do not value their subscribers and paying customers. I'm sure there are 2 or 3 people out there that have had a positive experience with them, but on the whole it's one of the worst support services I've had the misfortune of dealing with.

I'm the idiot though, as I'm the person who has subscribed in the past and purchased some of their tat in-game. I've helped pay some of those people's wages.
