That is one serious run on sentence.
Also I rarely experience lag. Do you use LAN cable - it's infinitely better than using WIFI. (atleast on PS4)

Nice assumptions buddy. I do go to major cities every single day - I don't PVP often, but I have played in PVP - like I said, I RARELY experience lag - doesn't mean I never do. I spend half my time in Belkarth with literally 100s of other people around me, and I don't lag. Not a major city - but easily one of the most populated due to all high level writs being turned in there and the best trading guilds being there (usually). Please don't make ridiculous statements just because YOU have a bad experience.
Atleast I tried to ask a question that might help OP - all you did was try to spread lies about me smh.
EDIT: My connection is also twice as good as yours, so that could explain why it doesn't happen to me much And I play on PS4 PRO. I don't know how all that factors together - but I'm not here just spewing garbage. I don't have lag very often. End. of. Story.

LOL.
So essentially you have a perfect setup for console gaming, yet avoid all ESO content that has true performance issues.... therefore ESO doesn't have performance issues?
You cannot be this ignorant of the situation. ZOS themselves have acknoledged how bad it is for a looong time now, but have gone nearly silent to avoid the scrutiny after they realized pushing new content was prioritized over fixing the deteriorating game performance.
You're on PS4 Pro..... load into Vivec and PvP for a bit, especially near big Keep battles. Skills have 2+ second delays, audio cuts frequently and quite terribly, players teleport aound, random load screens can appear (sometimes never-ending meaning you must close app), and you often fight black silhouettes that cannot even load in properly. That's probably the easiest way to figure out why the OP is frustrated along with every other PvPer. If you are good enough to enter a Vet trial, pay attention to how FPS dramatically decreases when your group starts killing stuff.
Don't bash OP for legit concerns is all, even if you are part of the smallest minority of players who don't experience them since you selectively avoid all scenarios that cause performance issues.

Again - I asked if he was LAN or not - offering a suggestion of why things would be different. I'm not looking for a cookie - unlike people like you I was actually trying to help Thanks, try again.

@Vaoh All very true. Did you see the video I posted where my character in Vivec just started to levitate into the air, and away from the skirmish I was in the middle of? It was literally as though my character was being beamed up and away by aliens. Lmao. One minute I'm 1vX'ing, and the next Harry Potter spell.

ZOS is busy on the new DLCs , they don't really care about the lag issues .

You mean a small area with 5 main quests. 6 hours of grinding rep to unlock main quests and 6 skyshards??
Or the 2 4 mam dungeons they cut from morrowind to release at a later date inspired from activision??
