    Nothing is wrong with Vivec's layout, in fact it's really good. The only things holding back Vivec's guild trader stations are, it's new so it will take some time to build up the rep. And you have to pay for Morrowind to get to Vivec's guild traders. Both problems will be solved in time and I can see Vivec guild trader spots being listed in the top five within a year, or less.

    Rawlkah.

    Mostly because of how easily accessible the traders and crafting stations are.

    I was going to post this.. Marbruk is my favourite city I just wish I had more reason to visit more.
    Stormhold is nice for trading as well.

    Rawl'kha if I want something rarer more specific

    Vivec because that is where my trade guild's store is located sooooo techinically eventhough I access it through my bank it is actually where I shop the most.
