I wonder if Murkmire is still planned to ve like Craglorn, an 'adventure zone' as Craglorn was once called, more group-focused. I imagine perhaps part of the reason for its delay may be due to how Craglorn's required grouping features made it less-appealing to the overall playerbase, and now they're tweaking it to be like new-craglorn.
I've read some of the datamined Murkmire books some year or so ago, lots of new Argonian lore, and the storyline sounds interesting.
Do you have any links to those books btwI've read some of the datamined Murkmire books some year or so ago, lots of new Argonian lore, and the storyline sounds interesting.
This, its an bit weird they mothballed murkmire if it was as done as some says, retooling it craglorn style would be less work than making an new zone.Ep and dc have had zones added already, it is ad turn

We got a couple glimpses at the inhabitants and parts of the landscape, both of which looked amazing, but doing some digging around I haven't heard anything about this content in quite some time, same as Spellcrafting. Still think its coming?

I don't think it will be group oriented since Craglorn is no longer that way. I would believe that ZOS had to retool it to make it soloable with public dungeons and a new trial, similar to Vvardenfell.

ZOS can say whatever they like but Craglorn is still 90% group oriented. Yeah, you can travel around 10% of the map solo and not die now - but almost every area is still a group area and the mobs absolutely thrash anybody who's alone. Going anywhere near the spellscar solo is asking for death. I've also chuckled at their idea of "solo friendly craglorn" as the One Tam notes put it.

Technically, they made the main quest SOLOABLE, which was the majority of complaint... and made many areas accessible by a two-person group and many of those can be soloed with the right build.
I believe it was Rich Lambert that joked at a gathering in Germany that Craglorn had only been visited by 12 players... and even he had not been there on the Live server; so much for ZOS playing their own game. They also pretty much said that there will never be another 'group' zone because of the fail that Craglorn was.

But I also think it would be nice if the Aldmeri Dominion got a full zone expansion sometime. It's the only faction without additional content so far unless you count one trial.
As for Skyrim, don't worry guys. I'm sure they'll think of a believable way to re-release that in the format of ESO and we'll hear all about it next year at E3.
