I hate EOS ... I hate all high damage AOE especially when it hits harder then single target abilites ...
Every bomber with half of a brain will use immo pots before bombing. But hey, maybe things are different on US servers.

In general, stand outside of the red circle.
If it's a group bomb, spread out. The group can't chase everyone in different directions.
If it's one player, either they will be squishy or their eots will not be formidable.
Anticipate. If you know you're fighting an eots bomb group, be ready for the bomb and always have an escape/los route in mind. Wait for the bomb and then hit their backline.
Don't be so eager. This is what gets people farmed. Myself included when I'm not patient. Chances are the group you think you're chasing is kiting you to whittle down your numbers and/or set you up for a bomb.

No player would ever get farmed by an organized group if he/she did not willingly and eagerly chase them into advantageous environments for the group.

If it's a single one, spam Harness Magicka and watch it replenish your resources. Pop an immovability pot, if you can. Flame Reach also works a treat for the knockback.
On my stamina DK I was, at one time, running Leki's and Blade Cloak, which would now equate to a 50% reduction. Worked well in duels. If you are using Bloodthirst, a counter-intuitive, but possibly effective method might be to run Blade Cloak, Vigor and counter-attack with Bloodthirst. It's the approach I use when soloing the IC Memorial District ice boss. He has a strong, quick-moving, ground-based AOE that kills easily. The key thing against him is that you can outheal it, if you keep your nerve and spam Bloodthirst.
