MYSTERIOUS CROWN CRATE ITEM APPEARED: Golden, brightly glowing Sweetroll!

My friend @ItchyTheRat got it from a Crown Crate, the name is Resplendent Sweetroll.
It can be previewed with the addon and it is a very brightly shining, detailed sweetroll, similar glow to an Elder Scroll.
This is the item
It can be converted to 400 GEMS 400!
Is this some special easteregg-win-a-big-price-item?

You should be able to covert it. I got the Clavicus Vile statue, and I was able to place it and still convert it (I picked it up, don't think you can convert it when it's placed).1 -

TheBeef24Soul ShrivenI got one of these in my free crown crate when I pre-ordered Morrowind, had no idea what it was and I couldn't find any mention of it online - I guess if it's new to the dwarven crates that explains why.
I was appallingly lucky - first crown crate I ever opened, and it was the one I got for free. I didn't really have a full grasp of the value at the time but I redeemed it anyway, been sitting on those 400 gems waiting for the new mounts to appear in the store.
Unfortunately I never tried to see what it did for fear of losing it if I put it in my house.1 -
