Logged in today and all of my characters are missing/gone. They were there right up the maintenance this morning.

Yep, both the NA/EU difference (available on the log in screen), and the PTS/Live one (available on the launcher).
Characters do not spontaneously disappear, as they are stored on your account, so you're most likely on the wrong server.Edited by BlackSparrow on June 21, 2017 4:43PMLiving vicariously through my characters.

✭I don't know why everybody above is acting so rude about it - I've made this mistake before too and thought I lost all my stuff and it turned out I was on the wrong megaserver. At the time as well I didn't know your characters weren't shared between servers - so I well and truly had no idea. It can happen to anybody.
