Downloading the game installer is at a low speed

I went into my account - here:
https://account.elderscrollsonline.com
and clicked the button "Download game".
The browser started downloading the file 150 Mb, by reference:
https://elderscrolls-a.akamaihd.net/products/BNA_Launcher/Install_ESO.exe

Download speed: 23.0 KB/s

What's happening? Download time - 7 hours. Zenimax, are you in Africa?

Just checked from UK and getting 400 KB/s (on a 4mb line).

Are you using any kind of proxies or anything else which might effect the connection with their servers?

Russia, a reliable provider from St. Petersburg.
Well, of course, I know that proxy and VPN greatly reduce the download speed, I thank you what you said about this to me.
I found that enabling Google DNS server settings solves this problem.
