I go away for 3 days, having one of the best weekends of my life, but unfortunately unable to log into ESO.
Then I come back to this:
"Pacrooti was cornered by the Collector's men today, and though they did not force him to unleash the Whispering Fang upon them, they did say they would give Pacrooti the chance to send this last shipment of components to you before Pacrooti would have to go with them. He hopes they reach you in a timely manner. esaelp dnes pleh"
The one time hireling mail apparently needs to arrive quickly and I'm away.
Then I come back to this:

✭I'm pretty sure that he deserved whatever he got for peddling crown crates to children.
Except Crown Crates were implemented after that was initially written.
Clearly, the Collectors are the ones forcing him to peddle the Crates. He sells a certain number a week, or they cut off his tail.
