How about (1) racial passive ranks, and (2) allocations of Attribute Points?3 yes got that the same

5 yes got that the same
6 just made purple waepons to compare spellpower is 1600 now
You are not disclosing specific data as to exactly what each weapon is, what each piece of armor is, etc. for anyone to even begin to help you determine why the "stats" are different for the two respective characters which are "the same". Unless and until you do that thoroughly and completely, you're just wasting our time and attention.
