Isssue on account preventing purchase of ESO+

Please can someone from Zenimax assist me, my account is registered as from 'UA' but as I'm based in the United Kingdom it won't let me pay for membership as I can't change the account country by myself... I just wanted to buy some membership

I tried but honestly it just sends me here to sort it out - I've sent an email over but they aren't responding

I believe there is an article on the support page already.

Your billing info drives what and where you purchase. If your account is UA....at some point I'd assume your billing address and banking info was UA.
