Lost burning horse & jester outfit

Hello, I played this game a year or two ago and had actually bought coins and with them purchased the jester outfit and the burning horse mount. I just logged in today for the first time in a while and noticed that both of those things are gone. I did still have a level 9 character and 800 crowns to my account, but the things I purchased tell me I have to re-purchase them.
I am playing on the Steam/PC version and playing again after over a year. This is the same PC, but I have completely wiped my hard drive off since the last time I played.
In my order history account on Account Billing it shows where I purchased things.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, thanks. I don't want to have to purchase these items all over again if I don't need to later on.

✭Contact support, not sure that they will be able to help you here. I assume that you did not play on two different servers - because anything bought from the crown store only applies to one server (EU or NA).
