Morrowind Collector's Edition confusion

I pre-ordered the collectors edition directly from Bethesda. I have been playing the game for months. I did not want to wait a week to play so I downloaded the upgrade and have been playing in Morrowind for a few days. I pre-ordered so I could get the goodies for ordering early. There is only one code in the box that says it is for Morrowind. Nothing about the goodies for pre-ordering. I assume the game which I have is on the disc. Is there a code for the things you get for ore-ordering? Is it part of only code that came in the box or is it missing? If I had bought this at GameStop, which I should have done, the code would be on the receipt.

The physical CE comes with one code. It can be applies as an upgrade or a new full installation .....

You should be able to apply the code in the steel cd case to your account online and receive all the digital benefits of CE even thou you have already applied an upgrade .....
