For the love of all that is holy, please release a DLC that finishes off all of the skill points. I have every single one collected in the game on my main and still do no have that whole skill point.

I also do everything on that character so, yes, I actually do need that skill point.

    The available skyshards in the game is not a multiple of 3, therefore you can't have a whole skill point. Another way of saying it, once you have all the skyshards in the game you will have a partial skill point teasing you for perpetuity.

    What's probably tripping up the OP is the Temple shards. Each faction has a skyshard near each of it's Scroll temples. These are secured from hostile players by gates, which can only be opened by capturing the nearby keeps. There are 6 of these, if you didn't know that you could access all 6, you'd be left with a 2/3 total. However, you can access those shards. Ideally you hit them while your alliance is launching an assault on those scrolls. Though if either alliance has cracked the gates, you can invade and grab those shards. The four hostile skyshards are probably the hardest ones in the game to obtain, since they're only accessible under very specific circumstances. But you can collect all 399 shards.

    Wow never heard this before. The list I can find (updated) for morrowind) shows 381... is one of them bugged or missing or something? That would be exactly 127 points.

    OP seems to be talking about sky shards. There are supposedly 399 shards in the game. That would be 133 skill points exactly.

    To leave the Wailing Prison, it's required that you grab the skyshard. But I don't think it actually counts as a real skyshard, though.

    Its the skyshard you HAVE to get given by the prophet to leave the Wailing prison.

    I looked again and yes, they added the morrowind shards to the list but didn't update the total.

    399 is still perfectly divisible by 3, so where is the missing skyshard?

    There are achievements for all skyshards, so he needs to double check all his achievements to see if it indicates that there is one missing. Even all cyrodiil skyshards are listed in Achievements.

    I am willing to bet he has missed one in the Imperial Sewers.
