ZOS! Razor Caltrops and Endless Hail nerf? WHY?

Just noticed the times dropped to 12 and 10 seconds...... do you want people to continue playing (i.e. buying stuff with REAL money)? Arbitrarily making bad changes (sustain nerfs all around) and now this, are you trying to force people out of the game? How are low/no CP players supposed to deal with this when it's a pita for people with full CP?? Why are you punishing those of us that have been playing nearly a year? I know you are reading this as everything gets read by a mod.... I REFUSE to buy another crown until you revert these questionably disgusting choices. You people are drinking your own poison tri-pots.

Caltrops wasn't "nerfed," it was changed. It costs less, deals more damage, stacks, has a smaller radius, and doesn't last as long.
Endless Hail wasn't changed as far as I know.0 -

Multiple player characters can now stack this ability and its morphs in the same area and damage the same target.
Reduced the size of this ability and its morphs to 8 meters from 12 meters.
Reduced the duration of this ability and its morphs to 12 seconds from 30 seconds.
Reduced the cost of this ability and its morphs by approximately 50%.
Increased the damage of this ability and its morphs by approximately 75%.
Developer Comments:
The changes to Caltrops allow it to behave more like a standard ground-targeted damage over time ability, such as Lightning Splash or Volley. This will help improve Stamina builds’ sustained single target and area of effect damage in dungeons and Trials.0 -
