I play DK, and it run out Stam too fast, did devs nerf it?

it wasnt like that few weeks ago, and now recently after 2 -3 hits then out of it.
seem i have to change my gear and some skills to modifiy, i think devs did something poorly for tank class.

is there something to get back stam or have cost of skill using stams get lower? unless someone here can show me the builds in specific topic pages?
currently i am on heavy gear "Fury" set.

Every player got a notification of changes via in game notifications that CP changed. Should be obvious that the reduced cost passive is now gone.

Read the patch notes for full details, but:

Battle Roar resource returns nerfed
CP changes removed cost reduction stars
Cost of blocking doubled

that is it, it was blocking, wonder why cost so much too deep, also, i am new and still not in any guild, lot more to learn.

any recommended any tanking set? i am using Fury set, with 4 legendary upgraded recently. i like Fury for soloing.

Ravager? Red Mountain? Night Mother? and what else?
i have few Veiled Inherence items.
