ESO MW GameStop exclusive Vinyl pop availability

As a minor collector of Funko pops (only for video games I like) I saw ESO was getting Morrowind pops and it was a no-brainer for me. However, the GameStop exclusive is well, elusive. The glow in the dark version of the Vivec pop was supposed to be power-up rewards exclusive, but now GameStop no longer offers physical merchandise in their rewards program. So where is this edition available for purchase?
