Which are the valuable set pieces? Weapons?

I normally deconstruct everything but I stopped when I was about to deconstruct Lich set pieces. I had two Divine ones and I vaguely remembered divine pieces being good so I kept them. Are those good? Also for future reference which are the good set pieces (present time only) for me to keep?

Also which weapons should I not be deconstructing? I fear I may have shredded valuable pieces for mats or research
