Why do my stats decrease when I enter Battlegrounds?

CP's are off, so recovery should be lower, I know that
But what about max magicka? Mine is 46126, but when I entered Battleground, it was reduced to 40367
The only buffs I had before Battleground were the Mundus stone (1834 max magicka) and my food

Meetre✭✭✭each point you put in to a constellation adds to that stat. You add a point to the red, you get more health. It is not very clear that this happens, but it does.5

Each added point in any blue green or red tree will increase it's corresponding pool, at max CP they contribute roughly 5k to each stat0 -

Each point spent gives a boost to the corresponding max resource.
a point in red champion constellations = health
a point in green = stam
