Morag Tong set cooldown?

Does the morag tong have a cooldown? Once the five seconds is up can i just proc it again?

It does not. With sets as far as i know if not stated specifically that it has one sets dont have cooldowns. In this case the tooltip does not mention it so it does not have one.
