No download option in account

I bought and registered my key for Morrowind standard edition (PC) last night (and received the confirmation email). It's listed in my billing history as 'Morrowind® Standard Edition + Discovery Pack', but I don't have a download option on the main account page.

All I can see is "The Elder Scrolls online public test server", and underneath it shows my old xbox one account (listed as active). I've logged a call but no one has got back to me yet. Any suggestions?

Hmm, you do have the base game installed as PC edition via the account?

(if not enter your account using the header-bar above and download game from account page - morrowind is entered via base game)

You can check your settings in the launcher as well ... click on the wheel-icon (top right corner), maybe only pts is checked?

I am a little confused bc your xbox account shows on PC... but I got nothing to compare it too, tbh.

There are two version of Morrowind. Full version which comes with Morrowind and the base game. Then there is the upgrade which just comes with Morrowind. Double check which version you bought.

I can't see the base game at all (didn't own it on PC, apart from the Steam free weekend a few months ago). Xbox is showing because I did own ESO ages ago (but since sold), and had linked my XBL account.

Yeah I'm sure it's the correct version. Made a point of buying the right one, and the email confirmation upon registering the key says "Includes The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited™, the first game of the acclaimed online RPG series.".

I got a really nice email from support last night saying "are you still having the problem? If you don't reply we are assuming it's fixed and closing this issue".

I get that you are busy, but I can't even download the installer, let alone play the game.

Update: support emailed me the exe link. Product still doesn't appear on my account page. Will download and see what happens.

(For info I tried unlinking by xbox account to see if it was causing the problem, no change).
