unable to buy the 39.99 digital upgrade only. Everytime it just reloads the webpage, and I have tried it on two different browsers. Perhaps ZOS does not want you to upgrade. When I click on Buy Now" it does nothing, it reloads to webpage to plz click on the item you want for more information. Serious bug.

You have posted about this in multiple topics. You need to log into your account first on the web page then go to the store to make your purchase. There is NO bug.

I was already logged into my account first, that is the reason for the bug. When I logged out of my account on said webpage, then it started working again.

What browsers have you used. I use chrome and have never had an issue. Another person in this very section had issues with IE and Firefox and the store. They used Chrome and was able to get it to work.

I used IE, and Firefox. I do not use Chrome. Still a webpage issue that ZOS is financially hurting them selves with.

Then that is your problem if you won't use Chrome. You have been given the answer to fix your issue. IE has been the bane of website for years and the new IE is no different. Firefox has been garbage for years also hence why I will never use it or IE.

I use Chrome as my main browser, and I have the exact same problem.

I am having the same issue. I click on the "More Information" option, then click "Buy Now", and it just re-routes me back to the ESO store main page. I cannot purchase the ESO upgrade in order to access the content. Nor can I purchase crowns, or anything else from the web store. I tried both Firefox and Chrome, but neither one worked.
