Looking for non-casual guild/Semi Casual

I took a break from the game for sometime but i'm thinking about getting the morrowind dlc tonight and getting back into it, I figure i'd be able to have a lot more fun with the game if i was in a guild with some fun people to talk on the mic with and play with. Looking for a non-casual guild as i'm really wanting to get close to a new set of friends and play quite a bit. Or a guild that is semi casual, dont have to get on everyday.
