Amazon screwed my order up royally, need ZOS help please!

So, had my order for physical CE since Feb. 1st, the day they came available, with guaranteed release day delivery. Did not get that since they decided to just tell me they changed my order up and it's delivering a day or two after launch. Also not received is my pre-order bonus code that they never sent as was promised. They refuse to give me any help, won't put forth any effort into this, and just keep telling me to contact the game manufacturer when they clearly stated they'd send the codes, and ZOS clearly states the codes come from 3rd party sellers, such as Amazon, not from ZOS.

They just keep transferring me to "specialist", emphasis on special, CSR's who after a day or two of waiting give me a generic copy/paste with the info to contact manufacturer and then if that doesn't work, to re-contact support with the proof, only they don't give a way to actually respond to the ticket, merely starting over with re-contacting them about the issue, which then goes to normal CSR's who then pass me back off to "special" CSR's who then make me wait some more to give me the exact same copy/paste info.

Please, can someone there please help me with my code?! I can show proof of the order, proof of it shipping and everything, but clearly Amazon support has gone down the dumpster lately and they refuse to help.
