I cannot seem to submit a ticket at all via the website.
I was able to do so through the console.
Really anxious to get in touch with someone from Customer support as my main character was deleted.

Guysheeda_1✭✭I did log in with the Web Assistant but it kept kicking me out and starting the cycle over.
I got help through console within 15 minutes, character restored, and all good.
Fine customer service.1
