Can't create characters

2 weeks to respond. Whilst we appreciate the response, this is very late and lack luster. At the very least anyone reporting this issue should be given a character slot free as a quick workaround for them. It's the only fair and right thing to do. Zenimax you have a chance to prove you are able to be fair, and able to DO the right thing here. Take it.

Wow aren't you ungrateful. They acknowledge that there is an issue for some players and they are working on a fix. You really think they are gonna give everyone who has this problem a free character slot and then after it is fixed take that free slot back.

If you buy the game then can't play the game for 2+ weeks because of some bug, then you deserve something in return for your time.

He's not being ungrateful, he's being a concerned costumer.

Well, being upset more than being a concerned customer. Still, it is a very legitimate gripe.

I hate that bug so much. I hope they really fix problem soon. I don't want wait next two weeks, because I have 8/9 character slot too. It is very annoy when you use money to new slot and then you don't get it what you bought. I hope ZOS will compensate this waiting time to customers.

I think if we buy Morrowind, problem will be solved. Everybody don't have money to buy it or they just don't need it. It is funny how Morrowind is more expensive than main game.

You don't deserve anything. It is a bug that is gonna be fixed. There is nothing stopping anyone from playing the game cause of this bug.

Alright. They give us now Free ESO Plus Trial and it's fine, but why don't they fix their old problems first? We waited now 1 month and we still have that character slot problem (and more). I just want to get that what I paid...

Right? Buy another character slot that you can't use guys! ZOS the joke isn't funny anymore. Seriously fix the issues before the customers keep leaving. Morrowwind was a joke and has ZERO replayability, battle grounds are broken and if you manage to get into one you have proc sets ruling the land. 60 usd for something I spent maybe 12 hours to complete.( 100+hours of game time my foot)

I can't create a new character either, despite only having 7 of 8 slots filled. I don't get how this is even a bug? How could this, in any way, slip past QA?
