could u tell me how can I manage to get the best gear for a mage\sorcerer?

and whats the best spells can I put in order to make good AOE damage and a great damage .. thanks.

There are forums here where people post builds plus tones are posted on YouTube. Make sure what you look at is for the Morrowind update because of some big changes. Not able to search link specific builds right now but I've seen threads and vids.

The look of the gear is not always tied to the power of it though as there are costumes which can be used to hide them (purchased from the Crown Store or unlocked in game).

Also crafted gear by players can be many styles regardless of it's power.
