Bought the game, but my status is still on trial

Hey everyone

I bought this game (The morrowind digital edition) which should include the basegame, but on my main account page, it states that my account is "Active - Trial". My payment went through and I can't rebuy the game, what should be mentioned is that I did play ESO during Beta (Hence the forum name I guess) and that might've caused troubles now. Any ideas on how to fix this? Did I miss something? =/

You missed that Morrowind does not release until June 6th, tomorrow.

But shouldn't I at least be able to play the base game?

Probably not, as you bought Morrowind. If you had the base game, then bought the expansion, then you would have a way to play the base game.

You can try to register for early access if you play on PC, but that will only give you about 24 hours more than if you wait until tomorrow. It was taking several hours to vet Early Access for Morrowind so not sure how that will work today.

If you play on the console, then you have to wait until tomorrow.

I'm not too worried wether I can play today or tomorrow I was more worried that I wouldn't be able to access the game at all, but that'd be good enough
