Insandros✭✭✭✭Patch notes comes around 8 am eastern time usualy, stop freaking asking for them before that, let people damn sleep you sleepless gamers :P So Google some Time Zones websites and try to find what time matches yours with more or less 1:00 PM GMT. In anyways i usualy check around that time and if not there, it'S a matter of time til they get there.
